Shipping / Returns
Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping takes 8-12 business days, plus an additional 1–3 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our courier.
Wonder Tribe is not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided. When a parcel is returned from the courier and needs to be shipped to a correct address the customer is liable for the expense of re-shipping.
Refund Policy
We are happy to accept returns for items that you have received in a damaged or faulty condition within 30 days of purchase.
Faulty Items
We will happily replace or give a refund for faulty items if a product has fallen through our quality control, please let us know within 7 days of your order arriving by contacting us at sales@wondertribe.com.au with a photo of the item and your order number.
Wonder Tribe is responsible with the cost of shipping back to us if products arrived damaged and we will do our best to offer a replacement but sometimes this is not possible due to stock levels.
A product is considered faulty if they are received damaged. Damage caused by wear and tear is not considered to be faulty.
